In my blog posts, I’ve been documenting my progress and reflecting on what I’ve learned along the way. I’ve also identified helpful resources that have contributed to my success, such as YouTube videos that give me a better sense of what different places on the island are like, and apps like All Trails that help me find new hiking trails.
One of the things I’ve learned through this process is that failure is a natural part of the learning process. While I’ve had a lot of success with my adventures, I’ve also encountered some challenges and setbacks along the way. One of these was when I had to cancel my skiing trip. But even when things don’t go according to plan, I know that every experience can help me grow and improve.
Looking ahead, I’m excited to continue exploring Vancouver Island and trying out new activities. While I didn’t get a chance to go skiing or surfing yet, I’m still determined to try those activities in the future. And I know that by continuing to push myself out of my comfort zone, I’ll keep learning and growing as a person. I found out with this, I love going out of my comfort zone. The adrenaline rush during mountain biking was the best thing ever.
One of the things I really like about my adventure inquiry blog is that it allows me to prioritize activities that I might not normally make time for. As someone who’s always busy with work and other responsibilities, it can be hard to find time for relaxation and self-care. But by focusing on my adventures and writing about them in my blog, I’m able to make these activities a priority. The outdoors make me sooooo happy.
I’ve discovered that taking time to do things like hiking, mountain biking, and swimming in the ocean can be incredibly beneficial for my mental and physical health. These activities allow me to get outside and connect with nature, which helps me feel more grounded and centered. They also provide a great way to relieve stress and clear my mind.
I’m grateful that my adventure inquiry blog has given me an excuse to prioritize these activities and make time for them. It’s been a great reminder that taking care of myself is just as important as taking care of other responsibilities in my life.

Thanks for tuning into my adventures! I loved doing this
Cheers, Brooke!
